Office Space Rental Rates
Tenants have access to the building as needed for operations seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Tenants are responsible for the security of the building.
Rents rates include: Use of common areas including loading docks, restrooms, conference room, lunch room and card security system. Rent also includes grounds maintenance (snow plowing and lawn mowing), general building maintenance and real estate taxes.
A security deposit equal to one month’s rent plus the first month’s rent is due prior to lease date. Billing is done on the first of the month and is due by the tenth of each month. Late charges are assessed if payment is made after the tenth of the month.
Communication and data needs are the responsibility of the tenant. Wireless Internet may be available at a monthly rate. Tenant shall provide the Owatonna Business Incubator with Insurance Coverage as provided in the lease agreement.
